Learn @ Lunch: An Asian Meal

For ages 13 & up

In our one-hour, lunch-time class, you’ll pick up tips on making a salad with lettuces, crunchy vegetables, and an Asian-inspired dressing; a quick and easy, wok-seared main course that you will learn to tailor to your own tastes; and a simple, flavorful almond cookie that will become your new favorite. Our instructors will show you how to make each dish as you sit back, relax and enjoy the meal.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• Mixed Greens with Savory Sesame – Ginger Vinaigrette

• Stir-fried Crispy Rice Cakes with Pork, Shrimp, Pine Nuts, & Vegetables

• Almond Cookies

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
