Learn @ Lunch: A Green Chile Brunch

For ages 18 & up

In our fast paced, one hour class, we'll introduce you to some creative - and delicious - ways to build a mid-morning meal around the fabulous flavors of Hatch chiles.  You'll pick up tips on making a quick bread; discover a tasty way to poach eggs; and take in the techniques for a light and fluffy Dutch Baby accented by our favorite chiles. 

For ages 18 & up. Alcohol will not be served in this class.

• Caramelized Onion & Hatch Chile Bread

• Hatch Chile Shakshuka (Eggs Poached in an Aromatic  Chile Sauce)

• Dutch Baby with Nectarines & Hatch Chiles

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
