Learn Italian through Cheese

About:

Come spend a delicious afternoon learning about (and eating) Italian cheeses! During this class, we’ll taste multiple cheeses from all around Italy, and learn how to talk about cheese in Italian. We’ll learn about why certain pairings work with certain cheeses, as well as some interesting Italian cheese history.

About the instructor:
Julia Millon is a lifelong lover of cheese, travel, and languages. After traveling to Italy as a young child, and living in Viterbo, Italy her junior year of high school, Julia fell in love with the Italian language, culture, and food. She went on to major in Italian at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and continues to teach Italian to adults today. Outside of teaching, Julia works in Development for Harvard Law School, and is pursuing a master's degree in history with a focus on medical humanities at Harvard University.
