Learn How to Make Dovetails
About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn multiple methods to create a dovetail joint with hand tools.
The bulk of the course will be spent on learning a beginner-friendly way to cut dovetails by hand using guides and a knife wall technique. Participants will also be introduced to the basics of laying out your dovetails, how to hold and use your hand saws for accurate sawing as well as your chisels.
Be quick to grab 1 of 3 tickets for this workshop: a chance to level up in a small teacher to ratio setting.
Please dress appropriately for working in a woodshop: closed-toe shoes, hair tied in the back, and no loose clothing. It's important to be on time for this worksho
