In this workshop, we’ll discuss tick exposure awareness, early response after a tick bite, and how herbalists have traditionally supported the skin using plant‑based remedies. You’ll learn about three classic herbs used in first‑aid salves:

• Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
• Plantain (Plantago spp.)
• Calendula (Calendula officinalis)

Together, we’ll explore their historical uses, basic herbal actions, and how they are commonly combined in topical preparations.
