ABOUT THE SPEAKER | Andie Hines-Lagemann
Director of Engagement & EQ Practitioner, Elevate Ventures
As Director of Engagement and EQ Practitioner at Elevate Ventures, Andie cultivates startup ecosystem support and ensures stakeholders have accessible pathways to entrepreneurial resources. A scientifically trained Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, she has coached hundreds of leaders on navigating stress, preventing burnout, overcoming imposter syndrome, and leading with empathy.
Andie serves on the Board of Directors for The League for the Blind and Disabled, is a 2020 Indiana Commission for Women Torchbearer Award recipient, a mentor/speaker for SelectUSA under the U.S. Department of Commerce, a Steering Committee member for the Women’s Fund at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, and an adjunct faculty member teaching positive psychology and emotional intelligence at Ivy Tech Community College.
