Coming on Sat Mar 14: Learn and practice Zen with Associate Zen teacher Rev. Meredith Garmon, each Saturday 10:00-11:30am, in person in the Library at UUCC and on Zoom. Regular Zen practice makes you part of a spiritual movement to bring more wisdom and compassion to our one Earth. No previous meditation experience necessary. Here's your chance to step onto this rich and fulfilling path!Rev. Dr. Steven Meredith Hotetsu Garmon, a former philosophy professor, a Buddhist practitioner since 2001, and a Unitarian Universalist minister since 2004 (now retired), is the founder and leader of One Earth Zen, which offers authentic Zen practice with an ecospiritual orientation.
