Eric W. Ruffin is the President/CEO of Ruffin Consulting, PC. Ruffin obtained a BS degree in finance (with emphasis in accounting) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and later received a Master of Accountancy from Alabama State University.  Ruffin is a native of Birmingham, AL but has been a resident of Tennessee for the past 20 years. Ruffin has extensive practical work experience in construction and project management. Ruffin is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) that has provided project management and technical assistance to government and private sector clients for the past 20 years.
