Learn About Seeding!

Sarah Cosentino, Brevard Count Master Gardener, will be talking all about seeding! She will be teaching how to plant your seeds to allow for proper and efficient growth. A selection of plant seeds will be available at the start of the class— a vegetable, herb, native, pollinator, and Florida-friendly. Participants will be able to take home 4 to 5 small seeded pots!

Come join us at UF/IFAS Extension - Brevard County on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) for a fun and informative event! This workshop will be held in the Brevard Discovery Garden, an educational garden on our property, so bring whatever you need to be outside for an outdoor workshop, including a snack! Please wear closed-toed shoes and feel free to bring a chair, a hat, a jacket (if it's cold), plenty of water, and a note pad for notes, because there will be a lot of information!
