Lean Leader

Our Lean Leader training covers advanced Lean concepts as well as the necessary skills for aligning Lean activities with strategic objectives, solving real process problems, and continuously improving operations.

This training entitles OACETT members to earn requirements for their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Virtual training

This course will be delivered online via Zoom in 4 x 4-hour sessions.

Sessions will occur on the following dates:

• Nov 5 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 1)
• Nov 12 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 2)
• Nov 19 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 3)
• Nov 26 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 4)

Case studies, activities and links to video sources will be used to ensure the training is enjoyable, meaningful, and relevant. Sessions will also include interactive group exercises.

Following the training, and the submission of an A3 Report, each attendee will receive a Certificate of Completion.
