Wrapped around the 30 Mile Lean Horse Ultra Marathon. Teams will start with a Black Hills CrossFit movement. After the first movement is completed the athlete will proceed to the First Aid Station. At each aid station there will be a movement and once completed the athlete will move on, and so on until the athlete crosses the finish line.
The event will begin at the Custer track, proceed through the Mickelson Trail, turn around at the Hill City Aid Station, and end back at the Custer track.
#1 Custer Track: 1000m Row, 200 yard Med Ball Throws (20#/14#)
#2 Mountain Aid Station: 25 Burpees, 50 Russian Twists, 25 Burpees (45#/25#)
#3 Orville Aid Station: 25 Kettle Bell Swings, 400m Single Arm Farmer Carry, 25 Kettle Bell Swings (53#/35#)
#4 Hill City Aid Station: 50 Parallette Jumps (20″/16″), 80′ hand over hand pull (135#/90#) (Any order, based on equipment open)
#5 Orville Aid Station: 25 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 400m Single Arm Farmer Carry, 25 KB SDHP (53#/35#)
#6 Mountain Aid Station: 25 Goblet Squats, 50 Single Arm Shoulder to Overhead (25 per arm, switch as desired), 25 Goblet Squats. (45#/25#)
