• Monday's (fortnightly club) 6:30-8:30pm
• Limited to 24 places
• Balanced attendance with up to 12 men and 12 women
• No experience needed

You don’t need previous experience, specialist equipment or a high fitness level to get started. The social nature of the game means you’ll play with different people throughout the evening, making it a fantastic way to meet new people naturally.

• Our beginner sessions are instructor-led, helping you learn the rules, understand scoring and build confidence on court.
• We’ll guide you through everything you need to know, making this the ideal introduction to the sport.
• We have four courts available, ensuring plenty of playing time throughout the evening.
• Equipment is provided.
• Simply turn up and have fun.
