This family friendly event is free and will not only highlight Veteran nonprofit organizations & businesses, but also offers

- Touch a truck
- Photo Booth
If you are a citizen planning to attend, you DO NOT need to register to attend. Just mark your calendar, and we will see you on November 14th!
A few things to note for both businesses and nonprofits interested in attending:
- You must register for a space (a "ticket").
- After answering the required questions and completing all required verification, you will receive an email from the event director confirming your attendance at the event.
- Each approved vendor will be provided with a 10'x8' booth SPACE at the event. You MUST PROVIDE anything you need to go in that space including, but not limited to: tables, chairs, your organizations' signage, table covers, etc.
- Spaces will be randomly assigned.
- Booth spaces must remain staffed by someone from your organization for the duration the event (9am-1pm). An unattended booth reflects poorly not only on your business or organization, but also on the City; If your booth is found to be unattended, you will not be asked back to City events and activities.
- Break down/cleanup BEGINS at 1:00pm; Event Time is 9:00am-1:00pm.
- Electricity is not guaranteed for any booths. Due to risk of tripping, you CANNOT run extenstion cords across walkways or behind other booths.
- At the event, there will be a rolling slide show that showcases all the attending Veteran businesses and nonprofits. Please follow directions in your confirmation email to submit 2-3 photos you would like to showcase.
- All event details including booth space location, setup information, and any final details needed for the event will be sent out via email closer to the event date.
If you are a Veteran Nonprofit, you will need to provide the following additional documentation for verification:
- You must provide your 501C3(C4) documentation. You will be provided with more details on how to do this during checkout.
- If your nonprofit is non-compliant, League City reserves the right to decline your application to attend the event.

Be ready to show up and show off! Citizens attending this event are looking to support Veteran's in various ways. Make sure you are ready to showcase your business or nonprofit.

Deadline for 501C3(C4) verification: Monday, November 2, 2026
Deadline for Photo Submission: Monday, October 19, 2026
Booth setup: Friday, November 13, 2026 from 3:00pm-7:00pm
Event Time: Saturday, November 14, 2026 from 9:00am-1:00pm
