Legal supervisors face a changing profession. Join our panel on leadership, coaching & AI and the future of supervision. Melbourne CBD
About this Event

A panel discussion for legal supervisors, managing partners and HR/L&D leaders on what good supervision looks like as AI and generational change reshape the profession.

AI is taking over much of the work junior lawyers have traditionally learned through. At the same time, generational dynamics are shifting how supervision needs to be delivered. Legal supervisors are being asked to lead and develop early-career lawyers in a landscape that looks very different to the one they came up in — and there aren't easy answers yet.

Join us for a candid panel discussion exploring what effective supervision could look like now, bringing together perspectives from legal education, law firm leadership, HR and the next generation of supervisors themselves. Rather than offering solutions, this session is designed to open up the conversation — surfacing the right questions and giving supervisors practical ways to think about leadership and coaching in a changing profession.
