The session will be led by Lynn & Alex Killick. They are the co-founders of Leading Kind, a specialist culture consultancy working with their clients to make work fairer, workplaces kinder and more inclusive, so that outcomes improve for people and the bottom line.

Lynn & Alex have a combined 75 years of experience (How much?!) working in complex organisational environments to improve workplace culture:- they know how to get it right, and what to do when it is going wrong, so think evidence based, street legal, practical insights rather than theoretical guidance.
