Leading with AI Fluency: Harnessing AI Tools for Modern Leadership is a four-week professional development course designed for working leaders, managers, and community change-makers who want to move beyond curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and into confident, practical action. Over four hands-on sessions, participants build a foundational understanding of AI tools and their applications, explore how to lead teams and organizations through AI adoption responsibly, examine the human dimensions of change, and develop a practical implementation plan tailored to their own professional or volunteer context. This course assumes no technical background and emphasizes applied learning, peer discussion, and real-world practice. It is graded pass/fail.

Course Goals
· Participants will develop a working literacy with Artificial Intelligence tools sufficient to use them confidently in professional and civic leadership roles.
· Participants will develop an appreciation of AI not as a technical subject, but as a leadership competency with ethical, organizational, and human dimensions.
· Participants will develop the judgment to guide their teams and organizations in the responsible adoption and use of AI tools.
· Participants will develop an understanding of the project management and change management principles necessary to plan and lead an AI implementation initiative.
· Participants will develop awareness of the governance and policy frameworks that responsible organizational AI use requires.
