This is an in-person follow-up for leaders in the Eastern Iowa corridor and surrounding areas.
Leading Through It, a trauma-informed approach to owning, leading, and supervising, on Thursday, November 19th from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Cedar Rapids, IA. Lunch will be provided, and our session will be led by Elise Healzer, DM, LMFT.
By request, this session will also include a Brainspotting for leadership demonstration.
This gathering is intentionally small — limited to just 15 people (7 Spots Left!!)— because we want it to be a genuine safe space for leaders to be real about the challenges they're facing, not another room full of polished answers.
