• How to orchestrate 12 key parts of a defect identification strategy (P-F Curve)
• How to develop people and processes to drive toward organizational excellence
• How to develop a defect elimination strategy that prepares for loss elimination
• To apply reliability engineering concepts to design a loss elimination strategy
• How to manage the D-I-P-F Curve to realize operational excellence target state of availability and first-pass yield
• How to integrate your reliability improvement program with an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiative and assess your readiness for implementation
