Leading on Empty Workshop

Leadership coach Janis Bovaird Martinez, will deliver an innovative and helpful workshop to help address ‘The Leadership Energy Crisis’ on Thursday 28 November 2024 at our Falkirk Campus from 5.30pm - 7.30pm.
Janis, who is the Director of BOMA Coaching, has recognised an increase in the number of business leaders and organisation managers who are struggling with their energy levels, which affects their own performance and that of their staff.
This is also an excellent opportunity to network, and to learn more about the management and leadership qualifications available at Forth Valley College.
The workshop is open to all, including those who are considering, or just starting their management and leadership journey.
