Join us for an intimate afternoon with Amy Elizabeth Fox, author of , co-hosted by Carol Kim of Shasta Advisory, Michele Ching of Wonderfull, and Tiffany Leonardo of Suenos Social Club. Having spent more than 20 years facilitating transformational leadership programs in Fortune 500 companies and professional service firms, Amy brings a rare, deeply human lens to leadership, one rooted not in frameworks, but in understanding ourselves first.

The Afternoon:

Grounding Session — We'll open with a guided grounding practice led by Tiffany Leonardo, founder of Sueños Social Club, incorporating Wonderfull, a healing balm founded and designed by Michele Ching to speak to your nervous system, not just your skin. A quiet, embodied way to arrive and ease into the programming.

Lecture with — Amy shares the ideas behind , connecting generational patterns and unprocessed experience to how leaders relate to their teams, their decisions, and themselves.

Interactive Group Exercise — A reflective exercise and  conversation exploring how generational trauma, self-awareness, and healing  show up in how we lead, especially in moments of chaos and change.

Sound Bath Meditation — Tiffany, a certified yoga and sound meditation teacher, will close the formal program with a sound bath to help integrate the afternoon's insights and leave feeling grounded and restored.
