Leading for Belonging: A Wellness & Leadership Retreat is a complimentary day created by specifically for school leaders. This retreat blends wellness and professional learning so you can recharge, reconnect, and return with strategies for inclusive, equity-driven leadership.
What You Can Expect
- Recharge with restorative yoga and mindful practices designed for busy leaders by Kristine Deer.
- Reconnect through an arts-based workshop for reflection and creative expression, facilitated by guest facilitator Jennifer Ifil-Ryan
- Develop new strategies in professional learning sessions led by Dr. Nina Mauceri on equity-driven leadership and supporting marginalized students
- Reflect & Reimagine: Join Dr. Anindya Kundu live from Miami for a virtual book talk and Q&A on Transforming Educational Leadership: Non-Traditional Narratives to Promote Equity in Uncertain Times.
