Leading Diversity and Inclusion - Metro Program 2024

Everyone has the right to feel welcome and safe while at work.

All of us are biased in some way. To become a truly welcoming and diverse workplace we need to recognise these biases exist and take mindful action to overcome them.

This session will focus on building workplace cultures where everyone feels included, supported and valued.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Identify the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Define what a positive and healthy workplace culture looks like and how it impacts productivity and general wellbeing of all team members
• Describe the impact inappropriate work behaviour has on individuals and teams
• Explain how to raise or escalate concerns of inappropriate behaviour
