Leading a High Performing Team - Metro Program 2024

Being a good leader takes focus and energy with their skills, knowledge and abilities being the difference between having an acceptable team and an exceptional one performing at their very best.

This program Leading a High Performing Team will focus you as a leader on building and maintaining an effective team. It will assist you to take the next step in supporting your teams’ growth by being able to identify strengths and weaknesses in your team and use of coaching and reinforcing skills to build high performance and continued improvement.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Explain the elements of a high performing team
• Describe the stages of team development and having strategies to facilitate your team towards high performance
• Adapt in your leadership approach
• Build more effective leaders/team member relationships
• Be equipped with skills and tools for giving reinforcing and redirecting performance feedback to your team
• Use a framework for coaching and developing team members
• Lead change in uncertainty

Bridging Activities: Programs are supported by a range of self-directed Bridging Activities curated to maintain engagement between sessions and put learning to practice. Materials may include; elearn, podcasts, articles, workplace activities etc
