Kathleen Walch is the Director of AI Engagement and Community at the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she advances practical and responsible AI adoption across the project management profession. She joined PMI through the Cognilytica acquisition, where she co-developed the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) methodology, now used by Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies worldwide to manage AI and advanced data projects.
Kathleen is a dynamic presenter, researcher, and thought leader focused on emerging technology best practices. She also hosts the AI Today podcast and has contributed insights to leading publications including CIO, Fortune, Forbes, and TechTarget SearchAI.
With a background spanning marketing, startups, analytics, and community building, Kathleen brings a practical and business-focused perspective to AI transformation, helping professionals and organizations adopt AI with confidence, structure, and measurable value.
Rob Findlay is Head of Innovation Programs for Australia and New Zealand, where he leads initiatives that evangelise Amazonโs culture of innovation and help organisations explore new ways of creating value. He works with customers across a wide range of industries to facilitate innovation strategy and design thinking engagements, supporting leaders as they turn emerging opportunities into practical business outcomes.
Rob brings deep experience across digital transformation, strategy, and customer-led innovation. Before joining Amazon, he served as a Managing Director at Accenture Digital and held roles with major financial institutions including NAB, OCBC Bank, and DBS Bank. He has also worked across technology firms and digital agencies in Australia, Singapore, and Europe.
Rob offers a global perspective on innovation at scale, combining strategic thinking with practical experience in transformation and business growth.
Nicholas Morris is Platform Technology Manager for AI and BI at Suncorp, where he leads enterprise technology capabilities across artificial intelligence and business intelligence.
With a background in actuarial science and mathematical statistics, he brings more than a decade of experience in data science, analytics, and technology-driven decision-making. His expertise spans insurance analytics, pricing model monitoring, and the responsible implementation of AI in complex business environments.
Nicholas has played a key role in the technical implementation of Suncorpโs enterprise generative AI capability and has also contributed to the organisationโs AI Ethics Committee. His work focuses on translating emerging AI opportunities into practical, scalable, and governed business solutions. Nicholas brings a strong perspective on balancing innovation, risk, and measurable value as organisations scale AI across the enterprise.
