LeadHERship Circle isn’t just another networking event. It’s a monthly movement for bold, brilliant women leaders who are ready to show up with authenticity, courage, and community.

Whether you’re building a company, leading a team, launching a vision, or finding your voice, this is your space to rise unapologetically, playfully, and together.

What are you dreaming into 2026?

This month, we’ll harness the power of vision, manifestation, and sisterhood to supercharge your next chapter. Together, we’ll hold space for possibility, amplify each other’s dreams, and celebrate what’s to come.

We’ll begin with a guided visualization to step into the excitement of your future. When we close our eyes, the brain cannot tell what is real versus imagined, making visualization one of the most powerful tools for manifestation.

We’ll anchor your vision with gratitude, whether it’s building a thriving career, raising capital, growing your customer base, or welcoming more love and joy into your life. Then, we’ll move our bodies with a short gratitude dance, opening up space for play, flow, and celebration.

From there, we’ll bring those dreams into the physical world through vision board creation. All art supplies will be provided. Simply come as you are, ready to create.

And because words hold power, you’ll also have the chance to vocalize your vision: speaking it into the room, stepping fully into manifestation, and experiencing the magic of having it witnessed by a circle of sisters.

You’ll leave not only with a vision board in your hands, but with clarity in your heart, confidence in your path, alignment with your deepest values, and the momentum to step boldly into 2026 with community by your side.

Whether this is your first LeadHERship Circle or your fifth, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and inspired. This night is for dreamers at every stage of the journey.

Each month, we practice the skills that truly matter: presence, confidence, and authentic connection, all while building powerful relationships with women who get it.

5:00–5:15 PM – Check-in & Mingle

Arrive, settle in, and start connecting with other women in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

5:15–5:30 PM – Community Circle

We begin with presence, not pretense. Each woman shares a short 30-second story from the heart. No titles. No pitches. Just truth and authenticity.

5:30–7:30 PM – Vision Board Workshop

Guided by Wen, we’ll:

• Start with a powerful visualization of 2026.
• Use gratitude to fuel and anchor your dreams.
• Dance into joy with music and movement.
• Create vision boards that bring your imagined future into physical form.
• Speak your vision aloud, stepping into the power of manifestation together. (All supplies provided.)

7:30–7:40 PM – Community Share

We close with reflection: What did you see? What will you carry into 2026?

7:40–8:00 PM – Picture Time & Open Networking

Celebrate your vision boards, take photos, and connect with your circle of sisters.

Each month, we host an immersive, interactive workshop designed to help you strengthen your voice, grow your visibility, and step fully into your power as a leader.

You’ll leave with tangible tools, deeper confidence, and a room full of allies cheering you on.
