Leadership Summit: Momentum Lab, Recruit, Prepare and Retain Volunteers

Hello Community Partners,

Last month, we brought together several organizations and began building our collaboration at the Community Leadership Summit. It was a fun and educational event led by Bettie Kibala, where we shared what each organization could bring to the table and explored ways to support one another.

We gathered a wealth of information and are currently working on creating a secure database that can be shared with our community organizations.

One theme that emerged throughout the summit was the importance of building, supporting, and sustaining strong volunteer teams. We are excited to continue the conversation at our next Community Leadership Summit!
