222 N Havana Spokane WA
Room 106E (These rooms can be accessed by the lower-level doors on the south side of the building)
This judging school will count towards The Federation’s Judging School Requirements and is FREE, our club will be providing light morning refreshments, and a light lunch to all those who attend**
Open invite to all members, non-members, dahlia people, judges, other clubs, etc. Our Club president, Dan Eagle, has been working diligently to get an ADS accredited judges training on the East side of the Cascades for years now. It has finally happened!
This August 15th, Mark Odencamp who is the current President of the American Dahlia Society will be giving a one-day Dahlia Judging School in Spokane. He is set to be accompanied by fellow dahlia Hybridizers-and owners of River's Dahlias -Eugene and Rosie. The class is open to all and is set to be the highlight of the year!
The information covered will be for novice and senior dahlia growers and judges, new and old fair participants, those interested in hybridizing, those interested in just putting their best flower in a fair vase effectively, those who just like pretty flowers, etc.
This could be a once in a lifetime event, so we encourage everyone who might be interested in dahlias.
We know summers are filling up fast-and want to get this on your calendar.
Please faithfully RSVP so we can get accurate numbers for seating, etc.
