Last year, Jeff Cherry brought two of his Conscious Venture Lab graduates to the C3MD stage and moderated one of our most well-attended conversations yet. This November, Jeff steps into the spotlight himself — joined by Thibault Manekin, Co-Founder of Seawall Development — for a conversation between two Baltimore leaders who've each spent decades proving that business can be a force for genuine human connection, not just profit.
Jeff has spent his career closing the opportunity gap for under-estimated founders and teaching companies how a multi-stakeholder mindset drives better outcomes for everyone involved. Thibault has spent his reimagining what real estate development can be — treating every resident, neighbor, and community voice as essential to what gets built. Together, they'll explore what it really means to lead with purpose, why a different approach to business isn't just idealistic but effective, and what happens when stakeholder value comes first. Expect candid conversation, hard-won lessons, and questions they've prepared for each other.
Registration is required for this event and is expected to sell out quickly. Tickets begin at $20 for C3MD Members (with code) and $30 for non-members. Event will take place at Bar None at the offices of Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC
