Join us for the February Unlocked First Tuesday Meeting of the Union County Network of Women (UCNOW) featuring guest speaker Pat Kahle — retired President & CEO of the Union County Chamber, entrepreneur, financial services executive, award-winning community leader, and current Candidate for Mayor.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the Charlotte metro region, Pat will share her personal and professional journey, including lessons learned on:
• Perseverance and resilience
• Personal branding and reputation management
• Navigating career transitions
• Leadership for women in business
• The role of community in long-term success

Pat’s background includes serving as President & CEO of the Union County Chamber for 11 years, Senior Vice President at Park Sterling Bank (now South State Bank), and entrepreneur in the Charlotte region. She has served on numerous boards, including Union County Community Foundation, South Piedmont Community College Board of Trustees, the Monroe Tourism Authority, Monroe-Union County Economic Development Board, and additional nonprofit and civic organizations. Her community impact has been recognized with multiple awards, including Union County Woman of the Year, the Monroe Rotary Club’s Service Above Self Award, and the Mecklenburg Times’ 50 Most Influential Women.
