Welcome to the 2nd Annual Leadership Legion Fitness Training! We are excited to welcome our new 5th graders to an immersive experience designed to build physical resilience and mental fortitude. This year’s curriculum places a special emphasis on three core pillars of physical health: body composition, flexibility, and stretching. Students will learn how to quantify the different components of the human body, including fat, bone, and muscle. Understanding these metrics helps young leaders make informed decisions about maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our training focuses on improving range of motion and muscle elasticity through both static and dynamic stretching. Participants will engage in routines targeting major joints—neck, shoulders, hips, and knees—to reduce the risk of injury and enhance overall performance. This program is more than just a workout; it is a leadership incubator where 5th graders develop skills in coaching, collaboration, and community building. We look forward to seeing our new recruits challenge themselves to become stronger leaders, both mentally and physically.
