Pastor Jerls and KCC's Pastoral Staff welcomes all ministry leaders and aspiring leaders to this 2-day conference scheduled for October 24 and October 25. We will begin with a Friday evening conference-style service dedicated to ministering and encouraging our current leaders and those desiring to move into leadership. Next, we will enjoy a Saturday continental-style breakfast, followed by multiple break out classes geared towards leadership expectations and how to implement impactful practical practices with KCC protocols that will take your leadership skills and KCC servitude to the next level!Please mark your calendars and reserve these dates for this special event. Pastor Jerls kindly requests the presence of all ministry leadership and those seriously considering serving in ministry. This gathering is KCC’s way of honoring your dedication while nurturing your personal and leadership growth. Together, we aim to elevate our level of servanthood, demonstrating love, grace, and excellence toward His house and each other as a unified body of Christ.
