About this Event
Why does conflict seem to land in the lap of leaders? Leaders must set a shared vision for the team in order to "lift the fog" and create a clear division of labor for team members. Participants in this session will begin crafting their individual and organizational vision. Learn why leaders become go-to's to manage conflict, especially when the direction is foggy. Managing interpersonal discomfort during different types of conflict (material, personal, or both) and de-escalation strategies will be addressed.
