Leadership Intensive 2026

Welcome to the Leadership Intensive Workshop 2026, hosted by Bishop Dr. David H. Fitzgerald Jr. and Lady Cara Fitzgerald.

The Leadership Intensive is crafted for every ministry leader—whether your influence reaches one person or a thousand. This powerful experience is designed to strengthen you and your leadership teams as you continue to walk boldly in the call of God in your life. Throughout the workshop, you will develop the essential foundations of effective, Spirit-led leadership and receive tools, insight, and spiritual empowerment to help you guide others into a life of supernatural discovery.

No matter the size of your platform or the scope of your assignment, one truth remains: we are all commissioned to lead people into the fullness of the life God desires for them. This intensive will challenge, grow, and equip you for your next level of influence and impact.

We are excited to invite you to join us on Saturday, January 3rd, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM for all attendees. This event is open to senior leaders, associate pastors, ministry leaders, and aspiring leaders preparing for future ministry roles.

Please note:
All Ministry Leaders of Next Church RVA and Next Church Tidewater are required to attend.
