Designed for Executive Directors, owners/operators and senior managers of licensed child care centres, this two-part leadership experience** gives you dedicated space to step back, focus on how you lead, and build your capacity to navigate the decisions and pressures leadership brings.
Leading in licensed child care is uniquely demanding — balancing children and families, supporting staff, managing operations, and adapting to shifting priorities, often all at once. This program meets that reality with practical, applicable tools, not one-size-fits-all theory.
