A Four-Part Embodied Training in Berlin

We know it and we might struggle with it, yet it is true:
Intense and violent times ask us to grow.
We might tend to shrink, lose faith in humanity and rather feel isolated, helpless and depressed rather than excited…
And still: Global times of crisis can lead to quantum leaps if we lean into them and show up with courage, depth and a true passion for life.
We are talking about self-leadership as the most needed asset of our times.
How to not collapse when bad news hits our awareness again and again.
How to embody truth and love in a world full of confusion, fear and violence.
How to RELATE to this human culture from the deeply mystical HOME that we find in our hearts.
Leadership in Chaotic Times is born out of these questions, providing the most timely blend of relational work, embodied leadership training and mystical teachings, gifting all of us with a clear roadmap of how to return to our essence.

How do we relate to others?
How do we relate to ourselves?
Who are we in essence, once we let go of our old limiting beliefs and self images? And what kind of magic unfolds from there in our lives and human future?
Can we find intimacy in the chaos?
Can we trust uncertainty?
Can we surrender to things falling apart - can we fall in love with an old world ending - and can we experience all of that as a deepening of aliveness instead of being an obstacle?
What does leadership look like when it is embodied, connected through relationship, and informed by something deeper than personal will?

What this is:
Leadership in Chaotic Times is an intense 4-part training for lovers of life, trust and truth.
For humans who want to show up for regulating the global nervous system without neglecting their individual processes and needs.
For modern mystics, wild lovers of freedom and truth amongst humans, for all of us who are passionate about leading their lives from deep internal worthiness, courage and relational attunement.
We will move through this unique training together and over the course of 12 weeks.
Each day is complete in itself, and at the same time part of a wider arc.
Each meeting builds on the last. So that the work has time to land, integrate, and evolve in real life and our local Berlin community.
We are exploring leadership as something that lives across different layers at once:
self-leadership
relational leadership
the way we participate in the collective field
And how we relate to our essence, our spirit, which is vibrant, aligned and truthful no matter what
Alongside this, there is also a mystical dimension that is very much part of the work: the question of how we align with something larger than our individual perspectives, and how that begins to inform the way we move through life.

Our approach:
Leadership in Chaotic Times works with a unique blend of qualities:
Nourishment and challenges
Opening new dimensions of embodiment while at the same time deeply regulating the nervous system
Restoring our individual sense of self, trust and peace while being present with global and mystical dimensions of our existence at the same time.

Once we truly tap into presence with what is, how does transformation happen?
Once we melt into our cells and vibrant, sensitive physical reality what can unfold in our consciousness?
Once we surrender old layers of control and dare to remember our true essence how does our perception get refined?
Simply by allowing attunement and presence to touch our hearts how can PLEASURE unwind the armors of protection, rigidity and mistrust?

The space we are creating is one of nourishment, presence, and depth.
There is a real interest here in how transformation can happen through contact, through safety, and through allowing the system to soften enough that something more true can emerge. Not through pressure, and not through intensity for its own sake, but through a kind of precise, attuned meeting with what is actually here.
We will be working with the body, with the nervous system, with relational dynamics, and with subtle layers of awareness.
There is also an exploration of pleasure… not as something to chase, but as a signal. A way of sensing when we are in alignment, when we are in contact with something real, when there is a kind of coherence in the system.
Alongside this, we will be in an ongoing inquiry into surrender. What does it mean to release unnecessary holding, to trust life more deeply, and to allow leadership to emerge from that place rather than from effort or control.
There is space here for:
the nervous system to settle
the body to open
insight to arise without force

Why this matters
There is something very specific being asked of us in these times. We are being invited to hold what used to feel separate.
To stay grounded in our own experience, our body, our personal process… and at the same time remain open to the wider field we are part of.
To feel what is happening in the world without losing ourselves in it. And to stay connected to truth, even as everything around us moves, breaks, and reorganizes.
There is a horizontal layer to our reality which is what we see in the news, in our communities, in the structures that are shifting and dissolving.
And there is a vertical layer which holds something deeper, quieter, more constant. A place of alignment that does not depend on circumstances. A direct connection to essence, to life, to what is real beneath all narratives.
This work lives in the meeting point of those two.
In the capacity to stay human, relational, and affected… while also being anchored in something that is not shaken. Because from that place, something becomes possible.
A way of moving through the world that is neither reactive nor withdrawn.
A way of meeting others that includes depth, clarity, and responsibility.
A way of leading that is not based on force, but on alignment.
This is not a distant ideal.
It is a capacity that can be cultivated, practiced, and embodied, now.
And it matters because how we meet these times impacts not only our individual lives, but the field we are part of.
This work is interested in that meeting point.
In how our internal alignment affects the way we show up in relationship, in groups, and in the wider field. And in how developing the capacity to stay present, to feel, and to respond with clarity becomes a form of leadership in itself.
Leadership begins within, and moves outward through every interaction.

The Experience
Each workshop is 1-day in a contained field and an environment intentionally created for realignment. Each Saturday is also designed as an immersive space that you step into with some intention here to nurture and nourish a local communal group body of resonance and connection.
We will move between:
somatic practices and nervous system work
relational processes and direct interaction
guided explorations and embodied inquiry
Ritual and temple spaces
Pleasure sequences as a path leading us home
Teachings and explorations into the subtle dimensions of consciousness and why this matters for how we show up as leaders in life
integration and stillness
The emphasis is on participation and the real, direct, embodied, lived experience.
This is not a space where you sit and receive information.
Immerse yourself fully and with every part of you into this radical space of trust, curiosity, transformation and eye-opening teachings.
It is a space where you engage, where you notice yourself, where you meet others, and where something can shift through that contact.

Training format
This series is designed as a four-part journey. You are invited into the full arc of the work.
There is a coherence to moving through all four days in sequence, allowing the work to deepen over time and to become something that is not just experienced, but integrated.
At the same time, each day stands on its own and can be meaningful in itself.
All sessions will be recorded, so you will have access to the full material regardless of whether you are able to be present for every moment live.
