Leadership Fundamentals: Finding the Leader in You

If your agency struggles with recruiting, retention, and generational challenges, then this course is for you. This course is designed to enhance the leadership qualities of supervisors across various levels of the organization by deepening their understanding of leadership dynamics, enhancing interpersonal skills, and promoting ethical management practices. The training spans four days, totaling 32 hours, structured around interactive
modules that address critical aspects of leadership in the modern workforce. The course is open to all public safety personnel, both sworn and non-sworn, including those assigned to custody, communications, clerical, fire, EMS, or enforcement.
