This two-day, in-person training is built for supervisors, managers, department heads, board members, and others in leadership roles across all cooperative sectors. Designed to be hands-on, reflective, and practical, it equips participants with the tools to strengthen participatory leadership practices in Maine’s growing cooperative economy.What you’ll gain:
