Leadership Fast Track and Equine Camp for 10 - 25yr olds

Welcome to Get Real, and our favourite program for the year - this is our Leadership Fast Track program including coaching support and a 2 day Equine and Adventure camp in January!!

This 2-day Equine and adventure camp coming fun and engaging activities such as, kayaking, Mixed horsriding and skills and self-development games; Mindset and Wellbeing training to build emotional resilience, confidence and self-esteem.

This will teach your teen important life skills such as: goal setting, conflict resolution, behaviour management, time management, and how to deal with and prevent bullying.

Get Real aims for every young person and young carer to wake up to their true potential and authentic motivation, from the inside out! This is such an awesome experience for real and lasting change for ages 10 - 25yrs.

This training is run by our Founding CEO, Tamsyn Rose. The coaching/mentoring commences in December and the event dates for the camp are:
Dates: 19 - 20th of January 2026
Times: 10am QLD time start
Location: Tunnel Ride Ranch, Lansbourough, Sunshine Coast QLD
