Are you or someone on your team ready to grow as a leader, connect with key community influencers, and make a lasting impact in Fairfield?Leadership Fairfield is back for its 11th year!
Hosted by the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce, this premier professional development program kicks off the first Tuesday in September and runs through April 2025. With just one day each month, participants gain valuable leadership skills while engaging deeply with Fairfield’s businesses, nonprofits, and civic institutions.
This year’s program includes exciting updates, including elements from our advanced Next Level Leader initiative. Participants will also collaborate on real-world community projects — tackling issues that matter to Fairfield and helping shape its future.
Whether you're stepping into a leadership role or seeking to sharpen your impact, Leadership Fairfield is your launchpad.
