This first session of the 2026 Leadership Lunch & Learn Series focuses on identifying and clarifying personal values and the non-negotiables that drive decisions, behaviors, and leadership credibility.

Before strategies, systems, or titles come into play, effective leaders understand what matters most and why. This session will help participants examine the values that shape how they show up at work, at home, and in their communities and how those values influence trust, consistency, and long-term impact.

In this session, participants will:

• Clarify core personal values and priorities
• Understand how values influence leadership decisions and behavior
• Learn how value alignment strengthens credibility and trust
• Walk away with practical reflection tools they can immediately apply
