The Community Leadership Institute, or CLI, is designed for leaders who live, work, or serve in Greater Akron and are ready to deepen their community awareness, strengthen their leadership, and build meaningful connections across sectors.
Over four immersive program days, CLI combines individual leadership development with community engagement, connecting participants with top decision-makers, best-in-class community assets, and the people and places shaping Greater Akron.
Through experiences focused on education, business, innovation, arts, culture, civic leadership, and justice, participants will gain a broader understanding of the region and their role in helping it thrive.
CLI is a strong fit for leaders who are ready to step outside their comfort zones, engage in thoughtful conversations, embrace new perspectives, and contribute to Greater Akron through leadership, advocacy, and service.
