Dr. Hobson is a Certified Narrative Leadership Coach, facilitator, and educator who blends narrative coaching, deep empathy, and strategic leadership development to help emerging and mid-level women leaders build confidence, strengthen their presence, and lead with greater influence and impact.
With experience coaching leaders across higher education, government, and nonprofit sectors, Dr. Hobson brings a thoughtful, story-centered approach to leadership. Drawing on her expertise in leadership education, coaching, and storytelling research, she helps women uncover the beliefs, values, and experiences that shape how they see themselves as leaders.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help more women recognize the value they bring to the table and lead with confidence rooted in deep self-trust.
