Lead The Way | Women in Construction Leadership - Ashmore QLD

Lead The Way is a leadership development program designed to support women in construction who are currently in, or stepping into leadership roles.

This program provides practical tools real world insights, and a supportive environment to help participants build confidence, strengthen leadership capability, and connect with others in the industry.

• 3 x in-person workshops (full day, fully catered)
• Individual coaching sessions (via phone or Teams)
• Support from experienced Allied Health practitioners
• Practical tools to support leadership and career progression
• Opportunities to connect with other women across the industry

• Currently in leadership or aspiring to step into leadership
• Looking to build confidence and leadership capability
