About this Event

The Inaugural Lead the Change Summit is a youth-centered community event designed to elevate the voices of young people and create meaningful dialogue between youth, families, educators, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community leaders. Through interactive discussions, collaborative workshops, and access to community resources, participants will explore the issues that matter most—from mental health and school climate to community safety, leadership, and opportunities for success—and work together to develop practical solutions that create lasting change.

Today's youth are facing challenges unlike any generation before them, and they deserve more than conversations—they deserve action. The Lead the Change Summit provides a space where young people are heard, valued, and empowered to influence the decisions that shape their schools and communities while connecting them with mentors, programs, and opportunities that support their growth. By bringing together diverse community partners, this summit strengthens collaboration, builds trust, and demonstrates that creating safer, healthier, and more connected communities begins by investing in and listening to our youth.
