Lead Self to Lead Others is a two-day, strengths-based leadership programme designed for people who want to lead with purpose, connect more deeply, and create real change in their teams, projects, or communities.
It’s practical, people-first, and grounded in values. You’ll explore your natural strengths through your CliftonStrengths profile, build self-awareness and confidence, and walk away with tools that actually work in the real world.
