Learning Summary: You have the power to lead, motivate, and inspire your staff. Implement strategies that promote listening, communicating, and building relationships. We will discuss reasons that we experience burn-out as educators. Together we will remember why we chose to become educators. Learn how to retain staff by forming connections.

Training Outcomes:

1 . Learners will discuss some qualities of a strong leader.

2 . Learners will describe what motivates them and their and staff.

3 . Learners will demonstrate ways they can inspire others.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
