An evening of connection, conversation, and faith for women navigating who they are, where they're going, and how they're being called to lead along the way.
Welcome to Lead Her, a new women's gathering through Networking Leads Ministry centered around conversations on where and how women are being called to lead.
We believe leadership can take many forms. It can look like building a business, leading a team, caring for a family, navigating relationships, stepping into a new season, or simply choosing to show up with greater intention in the places God has already put us.
But before we talk about where we're going, what we're building, who we're becoming, or how we're leading, we want to begin with the foundation beneath it all: faith.
For our first gathering, Lead Her: In Faith, we're starting at the beginning.
What does it actually look like to let faith lead our lives? How do we stay rooted in God while navigating ambition, uncertainty, relationships, work, and the expectations we carry for ourselves? How do we discern where we're being called, and learn to trust God when the answer isn't always clear?
The evening will begin with time to settle in, grab something to enjoy, and meet other women in the room. From there, we'll gather for a 30-minute conversational discussion led by sisters Chaveli, Kathia, Natalia, and Mariana, each representing a different stage of life and sharing her own perspective and experiences related to the evening's topic.
Afterward, we'll move into smaller groups for guided conversation, giving everyone the opportunity to share, listen, ask questions, and connect more personally.
What to expect:

- Music and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
- A 30-minute conversation centered around faith
- Small-group discussions with guided questions
- An evening rooted in faith, community, and honest conversation
You don't need to own a business, have a leadership title, or have everything figured out to belong here.
Lead Her begins with faith because everything else we hope to talk about, purpose, relationships, work, leadership, change, and the lives we're building, flows from there.
