Join us at the Wendell Springs model home for a working breakfast focused on the new-construction transaction, from attracting leads to collaborating with the onsite agent. Tracy Dupler of Tracy Dupler Realty Group, eXp Realty, will share how a successful general brokerage agent builds business with new construction. Nicole Walker of True Homes will offer the builder-side perspective and discuss how agents and onsite agents can work together to serve clients well.
