Join us for an evening of culinary discovery and connection! Our talented Intermediate Cuisine students, under the guidance of Chef Vincent Koperski, will present a canapé-style soirée, where masterful French technique elevates the rich terroirs of Ontario and Quebec.
Through seasonal ingredients crafted with bold creativity, each creation becomes a bridge between the Old and the New World narrative told through flavours and textures. It is a celebration of our regional excellence, brought to life by a blossoming savoir-faire.
