Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is honoured to host an exclusive four-course dinner in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in Ottawa, featuring Guest Chef Sergio Velázquez.

Join us on Friday, October 17th, for a refined dining experience at Signatures Restaurant, celebrating the heritage and flavours of Mexican cuisine. Chef Velázquez will present a specially curated menu highlighting the depth, vibrancy, and artistry of Mexico’s culinary traditions.

🌽The evening's menu is an ode to corn, the most important food in Mexican culture, as it is a central element of its identity and an economic pillar that supports thousands of traditional dishes.

Over a four-course dinner experience, Chef Sergio will showcase the versatility of this single ingredient in different presentations, bringing a taste of Authentic Mexico to your evening.
